Celco Controls Ltd. announced that its sister company, Celco Software Ltd., owner of CyberCafePro, one of the biggest publishers of cafe management software in the world, has been sold for an undisclosed amount to Global Gaming Factory AB of Sweden.

CyberCafePro was started in 2000 by Celco Controls Ltd., an industrial automation solution provider, and has grown to become one of the leading cafe management software systems used by gaming centers in the US and internationally.

"We are pleased with the sale. It will allow CyberCafePro to be taken to the next level by the innovative ideas of the Global Gaming Factory team. All of our attention can be focused on our core business; industrial automation (system integration, custom control panels and electrical engineering)." said Richard Brodeur, of Celco Controls Ltd.
